Amazing guys they installed a new water heater in our duplex the technician was super chill and they do really high quality work, not many people go the extra length to use both pipe tape and pipe dope to seal things they seriously do high quality work and the new water heater works great.
— Jake Hansen
Fast and quality service from my initial call to the end of service. Kelly came to our house today and as scheduled and did a fantastic job. Helping us with the dishwasher, the master shower, the water filter and a toilet. He knew how to solve every issue and was very professional. Very happy either way the service.

Your Local Plumbing Resource throughout Utah
At Told Plumbing, we understand the unique plumbing needs of homeowners and businesses throughout the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back. With rapid growth across cities from Ogden to Provo and from Park City to Heber, many properties are experiencing added strain on their plumbing systems—leading to issues like clogged drains, aging pipes, and fluctuating water pressure. Our team provides dependable residential and commercial plumbing services designed specifically for the diverse communities we serve.
We also know that dealing with plumbing problems can feel overwhelming, especially when local codes and permitting requirements vary from city to city and county to county. Municipalities across the Wasatch Front and Back offer helpful resources for understanding plumbing standards and regulations, ensuring that all work performed in your home or business remains safe and compliant. While we are not affiliated with these agencies, we encourage our customers to reference their guidelines whenever questions arise.
Living along the Wasatch range also brings seasonal challenges. Freezing temperatures in higher elevations, spring runoff, and shifting soil conditions can all impact plumbing systems. Our technicians are trained in effective prevention and maintenance—such as pipe insulation, winterization, and routine system checks—to help protect your home year-round.

How to Choose a Plumber
Some plumbing issues are simple to address, while others require more expertise. Because your plumbing system is essential to the comfort and function of your home, it’s usually best to call in a professional.
When you do, make sure you’re working with a qualified plumber who can offer a clear, written estimate before any work begins. This is especially important for larger projects or major repairs—such as water heater replacements, sewer line work, or anything that involves significant time and materials.
AVERAGE Based on 16 reviews Posted on Jessica D.Verified I spent weeks looking for the right company to replace two boilers at my work. Told Plumbing's customer service and bid won them the project. They were able to get the project scheduled rather quickly and even considered the weather so as not to cause too much disruption to our office conditions. The employees assigned to the week long project were professional, trustworthy, and independent workers, meaning they didn't interrupt our work. They left the work space clean and were very polite. The billing portion was simple and timely. And after two months, we have not had any trouble with the new boilers and we have reliable heat. I will use Told Plumbing again for both work and personal projects.Posted on Timothy S.Verified Thank goodness for Told Plumbing. Nothing worse than a cold shower at 6 am before work. Well, that was yesterday. Isaac came out after hours to help us. He did the best he could with the old unit in our new place, but to no avail, the thing was too far gone. Flash forward to today, Isaac was back by 12:30pm with his assistant Ron. The two of them had the old unit out, the new one in in about an hour, all connected, and the entire work area was clean and back to normal. They even carted off the old unit. And they did all this to the serenade of three barking dogs without missing a beat. I have their magnet front and center on the fridge should any other plumbing issues arise. If you have not guessed by now, yes, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Ask for Isaac!!!!Posted on Alice A.Verified We use Told Plumbing for their Handyman services. Several times we've had Marlin come out and he can do everything! He explains things well and will tell you what could be done before hand to save you money. I've never had a bad job done by them. I think the prices are very reasonable as well.Posted on CheapSeat S.Verified I replaced our water heater 8 years ago. I bought one at Lowes and installed it myself. (I hate paying people to do stuff I can do.) It had a 12 year factory warranty. It sprung a leak this week so I called Whirlpool about the warranty and they wouldn't go past the fact I'm not a licensed plumber. So I called Told Plumbing and told them I just wanted a new one installed, since I'm now a bit handicapped can't haul water heaters around any more. The guy that does the work called me and asked me about the brand/warranty and where I got it. When he got here, he said he'd take care of it. He ripped it out, hauled it down to Lowes, and got them to replace it for free with a newer model! He ended up only charging me for the installation which was less than the cost of the new water heater itself. Woot! THAT is what I call customer service! The guy's name is "JP"
